Each room takes 1–10 players. Bringing a bigger party, a birthday or the whole family? Book two or three rooms in the calendar and add the birthday package at checkout. No. While you're in there, yours is the only group. Your host follows along from another room by camera and intercom.

You can move your game to a different date and time whenever you like. Refunds aren't offered, but a cancellation turns into account credit that never expires and works on any future booking.
You get up to 60 minutes to escape. Add about 30 minutes for check-in and the debrief, so roughly an hour and a half in all. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time.
No. Each room has an emergency exit door that stays unlocked throughout. If someone leaves through it their game ends, but the rest of the team can keep playing.

That depends on who's booked after you. If the next slot is empty you still get your full hour. If it's taken, you can play a shorter game or reschedule.
